BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THIS FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER.

1. Not a Broker-Dealer or Investment Advisor

Stockless is NOT:

  • A registered broker-dealer with the SEC or any state securities regulatory authority.
  • A registered investment advisor under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
  • A registered financial planner, financial analyst, or fiduciary.
  • A member of FINRA.
  • Affiliated with or endorsed by any regulatory body or financial institution.

No employee, contractor, or representative of Stockless LLC is authorized to provide personalized investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations.

All content provided through the Services — including AI-generated market commentary, stock summaries, portfolio tracking, estimated earnings dates, news summaries, technical indicators, personality-driven commentary, stock “reads” and labels, portfolio health scores, market signals, and educational explanations — is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial, Investment, or Trading Advice

Nothing in the Services constitutes or should be construed as:

  • Financial advice — We do not advise you on your personal financial situation.
  • Investment advice — We do not recommend the purchase, sale, or holding of any security.
  • Trading advice — We do not suggest specific trading strategies or timing.
  • Tax advice — We do not provide guidance on tax implications.

Any opinions, commentary, or analysis expressed in the Services — whether generated by artificial intelligence or derived from third-party data — are general in nature and do not take into account your individual circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, or needs.

AI-generated stock “reads” (such as “Looking strong,” “Steady,” “Softening,” or “Looking weak”) and other AI-applied labels — including market-mood labels, market signals, and portfolio health scores — are informational readings of data, not recommendations or instructions to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Before making any financial or investment decisions, you should consult with qualified professionals, including a registered investment advisor, certified financial planner, or licensed broker-dealer representative.

We strongly encourage all users — especially young or inexperienced investors — to seek professional guidance before investing real money.

5. Paper Trading and Simulated Trading

The App provides a paper trading (simulated trading) feature. You must understand that:

  • Paper trading uses virtual currency only. No real money is involved.
  • No actual securities are purchased, sold, or held through the App.
  • No orders are placed with any broker or exchange.

The simulated environment differs from real-world trading — there is no execution risk, slippage, emotional pressure, market impact, liquidity constraints, or commissions. Simulated results do not represent actual trading and should not be relied upon as an indicator of real-world performance.

6. Past Performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. This applies to all historical data, portfolio returns, back-tested figures, market trends, and AI-generated analysis displayed in the Services. The value of investments can go up and down, and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.

7. Market Data

While we strive to provide accurate and timely market data, we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

  • Market data may be delayed from real-time values.
  • Data is sourced from third-party providers (including Twelve Data, StockNewsAPI, SEC EDGAR, and FRED) and may contain errors. Where the App can identify which provider served a market-data view — the movers list, price charts, and your holdings — it credits that provider beneath the data. Other sections are covered by the provider list in this disclaimer and in the App's Settings rather than by an on-screen credit.
  • Upcoming earnings dates are estimates based on each company's past filings, not dates announced by the company, and may be wrong.
  • Not all securities or markets are covered.
  • The Services are not a real-time data feed. Do not rely on them for time-sensitive trading decisions.

This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Services use AI models from our AI providers (including Anthropic Claude and models routed via OpenRouter) to generate commentary and analysis. You should understand that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information.
  • AI models may generate plausible-sounding but factually incorrect information.
  • AI analysis is based on data patterns, not human expert judgment.
  • The inclusion of any stock in AI content does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
  • Personality-driven commentary styles are for entertainment only and do not change the informational nature of the content.
  • Personality commentary is satire. When it mentions real people, companies, or brands, those mentions are jokes, not statements of fact, and do not mean that any of them endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with Stockless.

9. Brokerage Linking

When you link a brokerage account via SnapTrade, the App receives read-only access to your holdings for display purposes. We cannot execute trades, transfer funds, or modify your brokerage account. The analysis of linked holdings is informational only and does not constitute advice regarding those positions.

10. Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the Services and any reliance on information provided is entirely at your own risk. Stockless shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any financial losses from actions taken based on content in the Services.
  • Any investment decisions made in reliance on content in the Services.
  • Any errors or omissions in content or market data.
  • Any interruptions in service or data availability.

You are solely responsible for your own financial and investment decisions.
